Tech Allies offers mentorship programs and workshops that empower our community to directly impact the STEM journey of university students in Dallas and Austin. The Tech Allies STEM Mentor Program, developed in collaboration with UT Dallas and Huston Tillotson University, is the cornerstone of our mentorship activities.
This program enriches both mentors and mentees by bringing together Tech Executives, Sponsors, and Community Partners to support and guide future STEM leaders. Our mentees gain invaluable skills, experience, and opportunities through a structured combination of mentorships, job fairs, internships, training workshops, scholarships, and career opportunities.

SMU Tech CxO Excellence Professional Certificate Program
SMU Tech CxO LaunchPad is our partner organization that presents the SMU Tech CxO Excellence Professional Certificate Program. The concept and curriculum were developed in collaboration with an Advisory Board of current and former CIOs, CTOs, and IT executives and is a comprehensive and innovative curriculum aimed at cultivating the next generation of C-Level technology leaders. This multi-modal program is distinguished by its dynamic approach and a curriculum meticulously curated by seasoned CIOs and CTOs with extensive leadership experience.
